I have just read your e-mail posted on @Brint.com and am writing to you to see if you can, or would be so inclined to, assist me.

I am doing a Masters Degree in Business Information (MBusInf.) at Massey University in New Zealand. I have to present a Research Proposal as one of my papers to achieve credits toward my degree. This proposal is to position for my Thesis next year. I have considered as a topic the cultural and behavioural constraints to deploying an information supported business strategy in New Zealand. In my work I have had reason to discuss Knowledge Management with my clients and there is an overiding perception that the ‘kiwi culture’ inhibits the successful uptake/deployment of KM in an Information based business strategy.

I am struggling to structure a Research Proposal for this and I would appreciate any assistance that you could provide either by way of work done, pointers suggestions or other such ‘aids’. If I can be of any help to you in any way by return, please do not hesitate to ask.

Thankyou.

Kind regards

Joel Norton
