Business KM is about artifacts. Business KM is
run by people. Artifacts are not infinite
neither chaotic. Logistics of knowledge *is*
difficult. But there still are rules for
human communication and people still can
communicate. BUT there are no simple answers.
AND knowledge management is very expensive...
