Has anyone out there used Quintus with the Fulcrum search engine?
Have they worked together well, or have there been problems?
How difficult was it to integrate with your existing sytems?
How did it work as a Knowledge Management tool?
Did Fulcrum support its product?
We will be integrating as a Call Center
Help Desk & Knowledge Management strategy and would like to see if anyone has related experience to share. (Positives/negatives)
