The more we understand what knowledge is, the less there is to understand. Knowledge runs the show we call life. Nature functions according to the principle of knowledge (broken down into laws, physics, biology etc). Our shared understanding of this principle called knowledge is deemed 'explicit', while our individual understanding of this principle is deemed 'tacit'. The principle itself never changes, yet it affects change. Our understanding of this principle is always changing, yet we strive to obtain an absolute form or snapshot. If we begin as scientists, and end up philosophers. We we begin our journey as philosophers, we end up scientists. Such is this thing called knowledge. We cannot manage it, but we can discover how it is managed. We observe nature, then we attempt to replicate its devices, harness its power, infuse ourselves with new found understanding, and in the guise of knowlege managers, attempt to convert this to intellectual capital, a form of commercial copyright of the mind.
