- On the "Knowledge is Power Argument" a summary of a message of Boris Pluskowski to this forum:
"Yes, Knowledge is Power - but only if others know you have it. By sharing Knowledge you are actually gaining power by letting others know you are the expert. The next time they have a difficult question to ask or decision to make, they'll know where to go. Knowledge hoarding merely implies that you know nothing, and are thus of less importance to the organisation"
