Hello
Learning styles are important - but I would argue that it takes something other than "Learning Style" to highlight contradictions. e.g.
i) KM doesn't exist
ii) KM is impossible
iii) KM can only work if ...
iv) KM doesn't work well
v) Anyway, it isn't "real" KM
vi) etc.In this context the rational approach seems to fail me, so how about viewing KM as being a bit like superstition and good luck charms e.g. You don't have to believe in KM but it works for others, whether you believe in it or not.
