One might question if the "codification strategy"
and "personilization strategy" mentioned in the
link are concerned with KM at all? The first one is
just about an information system, the second one is about a matching
system.>... know yourself, your learning style, values,
>atitudes, etc. and be willing to have them
>questioned ...I doesn't help to know yourself, if you are not able
to recognize the learning styles of the others and if
the knowledge used is formulated in ways proper for
the people having a different learnins styles.KM doesn't work without motivation and you
can't have motivation without accepting the
existence of individual learning styles and the its
consequences. And THAT is very expensive
if you not working in a mono-culture, concerning
learnins styles. And if you do, your organisation
is going to have no future...
