KM's future will depend on learning styles?

On the general level I believe that

1) schools are wasting a lot of money
and effort by not applying the
knowledge about pupil's/teacher's learning
styles.

2) Usability tests are giving wrong results
by not applying learning styles and
the systems tested should also include
different user interfaces for different
learning styles.

3) Computer aided learning systems should
have different approaches for different
learning styles and the evaluations
should also acknowledge this.

4) Different learning styles can destroy
human relations...

5) Internet discussions may be difficult
because of different learning styles...

etc.

Concerning KM, people having different
learning styles (then also communication
styles) express themselves differently
and would like to have the shared
knowledge to be expressed differently.

==>
KM doesn't work without knowledge and
acknowledgement of different learning styles.

==>
KM is going to be almost impossible or
very expensive at least... if you are not dealing
with a mono-culture...
