On the general level I believe that
1) schools are waisting a lot of money
and effort by not applying the then
knowledge about pupils/teachers learning
styles.
2) Usability tests are giving wrong results
by not applying learning styles and
the systems tested should also include
different user interfaces for different
learning styles.
3) Computer aided learning systems should
have different approaches for differens
learning styles and the evaluations
should also acknowledge this.
4) Human relations...
5) Internet discussions...
etc.

Concerning KM, people having different
learning styles (the also communication
styles) express themselves differently
and woould like to have the shared
knowledge to be expressed differently.

KM doesn't work without knowledge and use of
learning styles.
==>
KM is going to almost impossible or
veeery expensive at least...
