Hello,
Without knowing what is behind these statements it is very difficult to present a coherent argument either agreeing or disagreeing.
As most, if not all of the arguments, run against the grain of current and well documented opinion I would suggest that the task of providing the burden of proof lies more with the people with the "new ideas" rather than those with the more established views.
On the face of it, the postings run against what I perceive as conventional wisdom regarding business oriented Knowledge Management (and all that this entails). I get the impresion that you are viewing a subset of KM as if it were the whole enchillada and then forming opinions based on this view - on the other hand, I may well be wrong, again.
Best regards,
Martyn R Jones
