Hello
The art and science of KM, and virtually all aspects KM itself, with all of it's sub-disciplines and offshots etc. is in a state of flux - nothing too new there then. In order to make KM work we need to challenge pre-conceived ideas with useful propositions, valuable ideas and interesting exchanges as well as restating valid and well worn observations and divergent interpretations.
However, I would still like to see the reasons "why Knowledge Management" is not also a science, I am not convinced, but keeping an open mind is part and parcel of the successful promotion of KM. Any takers on this one?
Best regards,
Martyn R Jones
