I have been tasked with finding an existing Information Management Plan that can be reused to address the following: "to ensure that all have staff have access to information needed". I have so far been unsuccessful in my searching for one, although I have found plenty of information audits and knowledge maps, which are a different thing again. Our company is NOT looking at KM at this stage, but I suspect it will eventually be heading in that direction.
Thanks.
