Greetings Henrik,

There are a number of activities that focus on the human side of the KM equation. Knowledge ecology is a meme and a movement that has an explicit focus in this very important area. The knowledge ecologists, take the analogy between knowledge and ecology seriously, they recognize the importance of relationships, the value of information dynamics, the power of community, the need for continuous learning and the centrality of people in the creation, discovery and utilization of knowledge.
