The Learning Organization and Knowledge Processes
Knowledge Management without Organizational Learning is, at best, an exercise in futility. For the successful capture and re-use of knowledge to work there must be a set of mechanisms, a set of procedures to follow, a culture of sharing and collaboration and a adequate, responsive, timely and obvious feedback system.
