In the time that I have sent this email and reviewed the Autonomy site that offers Active Knowledge, a fellow member of my team had arranged an Information Session with someone from Autonomy...(how's that for coincidence??) A decision has since been made for us to pilot 'Active Knowledge'in a group of about 50 of us. I am quite excited about this. I have been using 'Alexa' in the past for assistance with Internet 'navigations' but was in complete awe of what Active Knowledge can do and the benefits for the organisation.
Another question,... A lady (Del Cuddihy) who I work has been in contact with some people from your Records Management section (?), Clive Smith and Robert French, just curious if there is any connection there? Or if you have heard of them? Sometimes it can be a really small world... Thank you for the tip (Autonomy) and I am looking to talking to you about the pilot.
Arlette
