sorry to interfere, but I am getting some suspicious feelings about the way this discussion is going. Although I love a confronting and direct discussion when being face to face I suppose this direct approach between two wired persons can get dirty quickly when refential frameworks clash head on. Please be a little more considerate in criticizing each others postings (as the question is about ones personal views on the skills and competencies needed by the CKO).
