And we're still there! We have some great initiatives and dozens of effective communities of practice, but there remains issues of lack of time, lack of trust etc. it's always the cultural issues that are hardest.

The reason I Autonomy so much, is that it automates so much of the hard work that is usually the point of resistance.

Let me know what you think, I'd vlaue a second opinion.
