At KIA you put me onto Abuzz for which I am grateful, its a great application which I hope we will use here at the Bank.
Tell me, have you seen 'Active Knowledge' by Autonomy? It essentially brings relevant information, links and people to you as you work. I particularly like it becasue it is dynamic, real-time and comes to me automatically.
As far as I'm concerned, any KM that requires extra work, is bad KM.
What do you think of Autonomy? Especially advantages over Semio?
