Structuring knowledge of people started long ago in the IT business. Now the Fast Moving Consumer Goods market is following this trend (mainly focused on knowledge about their large groups of customers). But how are the developments in the business to business market?
I'm working on a graduation project for multinational, a global oriented chemical company, so their contacts with customers are based on a business-to-business relationship. I'm facing the following questions:
1) what kind of knowledge do companies in the b-2-b market want to collect/store/share?
2) is the develoment of KM different from other markets?
3) what is the best solution to execute Knowledge Management in an business-2-business market?
I'm waiting on your reactions.
