Hi Stephane,

although I don't subscribe to your view (that the more open a knowledge environment is, the less willing people are to share) I would like to think I see your point.

At my company we therefor also (!) installed socalled Knowledge Transfer Centres. The advantage being to only have to establish a trust between the employees and this KTC (sound a bit NT-ish, sorry) instead of creating cross-company-employee-level-trusts. Employees can pass on the information of the projects their working on, the context, project evaluations, etc. The KTC will mediate between knowledge-seekers and knowledge-owners, connecting the people, not the information and hereby ensuring the quality of the transfer.
