Lauri,
intriguing question. Could one have the WRONG knowledge at the right time?
In my opinion one could have the wrong information at the right time, but will this also be true for wrong knowledge.
I believe knowledge and information differ fundamentally. Being from Holland I learned to ride a bike at four, and I have never "unlearnt" this. The knowledge is ever present, even when I am driving a car. ACTING on my knowledge of cycling might be a bad idea, while driving my car, but thus this make my knowledge of cycling the wrong knowledge at that time?
The knowledge of cycling still has a certain value, but my information on traffic jams has to be up-to-date (right). In general do you think the demands on knowledge and information are the same?
