Knowledge is the set of dynamics which extend between the idea and the ideal, and which are comprised of the nature of the universe, and the reality of the observer.
KM is the practice of modelling our employees/organisation after these dynamics - an ongoing attempt to replicate this process. The closer we succeed in this attempt, the more intellectual value is created.
