I think one of the concepts we are exploring in KM for health care is patient continuity. The current healthcare model in the USA is very discontinuous; therefore, knowledge often is a complete rediscovery and information often stays within the islands it is discovered in. The network is clearly not the computer when it comes to healthcare in the USA. How about England?
