I have read your article "Secrets of Successful Knowledge Management" by Internet,( and mention) that was appeared in Feb-97 issue of Knowledge Inc.
In the 4th paraghaph of the 2nd page you mentioned a table regarding factors of successful projects. Could send me this table? And if possible, any articles/papers regarding knowledge that you have written recently?
