I agree with your statements. As the "communicator" though, one would hope to hit the TARGET 98 percent of the time. Much knowledge is required to achieve such an objective. It should be fun trying though, even if it turns out to be unlikely. I think this communication topic should lead to an interesting discussion in the Virtual Team Room. See you there.
