Our company is just starting up a knowledge management department. It is important that we show value as quickly as possible. Our first project we plan to do is design a "yellow page" listing for our global company identifying the experts in each functional group. Can you give me some ideas on how other companies have designed their yellow pages. Also, can you give me some ideas on some other things we may do quickly to show value.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Sue Ann
