The release of the global digital knowledge economy is due to a shift in human motivation.
The shift is due to the introdution of time compression technology, which in turn releases speed as a new
survival response. The new ecology demands speed, perfection and endurance as the new performance mandate.
This new mandate collides head on with a declining culture of slow cautious, organic.

The introduction of speed as a survival response will force the collaps of
conventional wisdom and traditional practices the bases of new rules of engagement follow.

The new knowledge work is independent self-reliant and core competent, a mutation from the worker
of old. In the last 48 months three new ellements have been introduced into the equation.
1. A reformation of wealth from hard assest to intellectual assets
2. the relaxation of certain social, political, racial, sexual sterotypes
3. broad access to truth liberating technology.

These three factors have alter human behavior from passive complientto aggressive self interested

The shift is innate, what has in essence happened is we have altered
our old farmer behavior of membership, and group think to a fast innate
Hunter response. We have awoken the Hunter. Also the title of my new book.
This truth is the tacit truth behind global change.
