We are in sync, yet if the majority requires modern industrialized workers with techno skills, what would be the future of those who integrate the sciences, at least in thinking? Isn't this exactly the KNOWLEDGE WORKER characteristics the theory describes to us? The individulaized worker who can collaborate effectively, update his/her knowledge base by choice and own effort, and apply fresh knowledge on the fly? People like us need to seek out the few organizations that embrace, and actively support, this mindset. I think we'll be happy with the opportunity to apply the KM lip service.
