I like what you said,
"The change starts within, in the thoughts...not in the products"I agree. The problem is that most people focus on the products or pragmatic solutions.
Change within requires a learning and understanding that takes a life time to cultivate.
Look at the adult education system. People want skills that will generate income. The classics, philosophy and the arts are dying in our universities. So few people learn how to think. They are taught what to think. This is what most people want.
Truly creative people in any discipline are artists. They cannot be managed like the mass of men are required.
Mediocre people need controls and guidance. Artists need freedom. Good business is science. Exceptional business is an art.
