How can I help but respond. Unfortunately, I see a trend where the business-geared products of KM seem to obliterate the notion of art. This is usually done by casting KM practice in stone, so to speak. To remain an alive, complex? artform, we need to remain just that little bit distant, hoping to be present to capture the soul of event horizon, when a chaotic timeslice generates new life and perhaps new worlds. For that reason I support KM products. They remind me of the need for some of us to maintain the "spirit" of KM, like philosophers of old maintained the "spirit" of being. If you think I'm insinuating we're sailing very close to teh inner man, then you're right. Where else does knowledge germinate, and formulate, and associate but in the inner "being" of man?
