As I participate for the first time in such discussions, I realize the strength of this media. Thereby, I have already been initiated in an extremely enjoyable and addictive means of KS. Thereby, effective. The methods to ensure KM and KS will definitely begin from tapping expert sources. Though I can understand this, I do not think that one form of transmission is enough. Expertise may be a sum of an expert + books written by experts + IS, but what really counts is how much of this expertise is marketable and profitable. Organizations do not want to run academic institutes.

What really interests me is how do we

get people to enjoy knowledge acquisition and sharing
how do we get them to transalate this into profitable measures for the organization
therefore how do we build effective expertise ?

I have worked as a Mgt. Consultant for 2 years and have found it hard to answer these questions. Its impossible to acquire all the knowledge before starting to put them to use. Therefore Iam desperately trying to find a way where our natural intuition and common sense comes in use for best practice.
