We had the pleasure of reviewing Davenport and Prusak’s latest book: Working Knowledge: How Organizations Manage What They Know published by the Harvard Business School Press. After reviewing the book, we followed up with the authors on some key issues raised by participants in an earlier discussion on this forum. In coordination with the Harvard Business School Press, @BRINT is pleased to bring to our community members an interview about the book conducted with the authors and an excerpt from the same book. The URLs of the online contents of the book excerpt and the interview are listed below.

  • http://www.kmnetwork.com/davenport/working.htm Interview with Davenport and Prusak
  • @BRINT welcomes other book excerpts on contemporary business, management and technology issues, including knowledge management. We also consider interviews of the authors for showcasing on the pages of @BRINT.

    Sincerely,
