I have re-ativated the knowledge sharing topic over at Electric Minds (EM) in the Fundamentals conference topic #18.
Michael Kran has some very interesting posts on knowledge transfers between communities of practice (CoPs). One of his topics covers knowledge hybridization, i.e. the development of specialized know how within a group and the synergistic effects when this taken from group to group.
Come over to EM and experience some of this synergy for yourself. Knowledge sharing in this medium requires active participation even if you only lurk, learn to hop from CoP to CoP and do some hybridization of your own.
