I used Pepsico and Shell as random examples.
What I meant by using them as examples is to know
how practical solutions can be implemented given
the core competenties and strategic links.I am
looking for more industry level solution
for practical approach. For me soft drink industry
is image driven(and not knowledge intensive)
whereas oil company is more knowledge intensive.
How then to proceed further and link the abstract
concepts KM to the various industry level issues.
