I am at a school that hasfro 20 years, tried to remove all systematic reward schemes and related issues. However, compliance is necessary in schools in order to have an orderly and functional classroom. I would like to get information on any schools that have gone down the same path. I would also like to explore the issue of the necessity of compliance forming behaviors of teachers in this context.
