Thank you very much for the practical and intuitively insightful response. Fun has not been enough a part of the process to this point.
We have attempted to curry input and response from those in the "field" to develop a more interactive learning syle in general terms. However, your suggestion of itemizing out specific elements of the new process for more specific feedback seems right on target.
We will move ever forward with the simplicity motto - KISS. Thanks again for your comments.
