I have recently arrived at the decision that this
position will be the final step before becoming
the CEO of a visionary company. It is interesting
to see that others recognize the narrow focus that
CKOs are tempted to follow, when the best candidates
are generalists who have either run a business
or touched all aspects of a larger organization.I have begun my campaign of letter writing to CEOs
and submission of my custom CKO resume to many
headhunters who will begin to see a strong demand
for this position.
