Yogesh,
This is my second try at posting a followup.
I don't know where the first one went.I agree with your comments. Do you have any practical suggestions for a
middle manager who wants to increase the dialon between our employees.
Within our organization, we have very little
discussions on new ideas. There are several reasons, such as
that our company is very top-down oriented and there are several
subtle disincentives for coming up with new ideas.Are there things that I can do to help change the corporate
culture to one where new ideas are cherished rather
that chastised.
