Yogesh,
Your article has made some of my unease with the KM movement explicit. I see too little attention being paid to knowledge as a social artifact. Most of the useful knowledge creation in business takes place in "communities of practice" i.e. it is no longer the preserve of the individual and requires social interaction.
We need to pay more attention to the dynamics of knowledge creation, how is knowledge incremented, tested, attributed, aligned, refined in a group setting? What tools do we have to facilitate this messy process? Can we support groups build their constructs and alter their mental models. What representaion works best at the group level stories, concepts, cases, scripts?
So we agree on the problem, lets explore the solution!!
