The two views presented here depict the contrast between the AI-oriented 'predictive' view of Knowledge Management and the strategic notion of Knowledge Management that emphasizes new Knowledge Creation for 'anticipation of surprise' in face of rapid and discontinuous change.
More views are welcome from other perspectives such as strategy, cognitive psychology, complexity theory, quantum mechanics, philosophy... here might be an opportunity for other discussion participants to reflect on the following constructs and the linkages in between, including feedback and feed forward loops... and contribute to the dialog.
