Hi Robbert
Thanks for the thanks - and my apologies for using jargon!"Intuitive dialogue between parties" in the context of Formula 1 race engineers is working effectively together without having to discuss the next steps or the other person's involvement.
This is not just a simple case of "practice making perfect", a well-oiled routine in which people know exactly what has to be done at every stage. Rather it is shared experience, and shared knowledge about the work of the team which allows for unspoken communication even when the next step is not obvious or previously experienced. One can see the same kind of intuitive dialogue with sailors in bad weather, climbers and rescue services.
Does that make sense in the context of the thread? Regards - and have a good Easter. I will be off line from Friday through to Sunday and will come back refreshed (and bored)
Regards, Jay
