Hello,
It's not a flame - well not intentionally. Rather, an observation of the destructive nature of some of the obstacles that need to be overcome in the development of understanding and practice in the areas of Information Management and Organizational Knowledge.
What I dislike most is that these types of claims appear to repeat the kind of nonsense we saw in the 80's and which put pay to the prefectly valid notion of Information Centers as a means to provide less, but more focused information. The very same buzzword brokering and claptrap commerce that also caused the downfall of the nascent and respectable search for the commercial applicability of AI tools and techniques. Before the other "good folks" came along with their all singing, all dancing AI systems "w can capture all the knowledge of your business - only costs $99 dollars and will run on any PC".
Best regards,
