Boris,
I like your idea that every project should end with a "lesson learned" conference. It sure beat the current practice of try "getting ahead" by taking credit for what looks good, and finding someone else to blame for what is perceived as bad. Or alternate practices such as it really looks good so don't let anyone else find out about it (control information).Sports teams have used this technique for years by reviewing previous game films and discussing them. Sharing needs to become an expected and constantly discussed part of any team effort. IT is the team glue without it you have a group of non trusting individual playing to a zero sum game. Thoughts?
