Hi Boris,
Thanks for your interesting observations.
I want to compare this idea with implementations of SHE-programs. In the function discription of everybody is written something like: "One should behave like a responsive employee". In case of knowledge sharing something alike must be implemented.
I do not believe in 'information acquisition teams' like in the army. The idea Denham posted is a good solution. Use a 360 approach when employees are reviewed. One of the points this review should be based on is knowledge sharing.
