Hi everyone,
As culture is hard to change, I have looked for other ways to motivate individuals in an organisation to share knowledge. One of my ideas is: "Make knowledge sharing a part of everybodies task".
If knowledge sharing is part of a task, how can knowledge sharing be measured. In other words what is a basic performance measure for knowledge sharing?
