Please provide me with a copy of your case study as soon as you can. I am speaking on the topic of Knowledge Management for HR professionals at an upcoming international conference in May/98. I am submitting my formal presentation this week. I would like to mention your case (maybe not describe it in full, but reference it for attendees). It may not be relevant for my audience, but the concepts and approaches are likely applicable.
