Hi Kah,

Most the knowledge creation and sharing in the workplace takes place in "Communities of Practice". This is a useful phrase to use when searching for leads an a good site to start is right here at www.brint.com.

If you supply some more information of you KM interests it would be possible to help you with more specific resources. Are you looking for tools, best practices, knowledge respresentation methods, inference algorithms or are you more interested in the "soft" issues of trust, rewards, cognitive styles, ontologies that enable knowledge sharing.

You may wish to explore another site which has a focus on workplace community:
The Co-i-l forum on workplace communities covers many of these issues.
