Hi Rob,
Your doubts on IC are in line with some developments which I dislike. Early days management and theories on management all focused on the rationalising of the discipline. Most of nowadays management and management theories also include more soft aspects which is, in my view, a good development. I fear that with the koncretising of IC this development will be turned backwards. Although I realise that some developments are irreversible, my main point is that nowadays ‘soft-management’ developments will be slowed down or brought to a standstill.
