During my recent project, i was trying to convince
my client company to do just this, although with some
difficulty as you can imagine.However,have you considered the possibilty of using peer
assessment of some sort to assess the value of KM sharing
performance? I believe that, given the right cultural conditions
this could be a very effective manner in which to
gauge the appraisal. The right cultural conditions being
a non-adversarial culture where people would be
likely to put each other down to get promotion/pay raise/etc.
