Hi Don,
You helped to clarify a couple of things for me,
Don- particularly the idea of the knowledge
management process representing the interface
between the HR process and IT process. Thanks.
What needs to be added, I think is the Strategy
piece. It represents the overarching and
integrative framework for both the IT and HR
processes. The way I often express the relation-
ship is as follows: knowledge management is the
selection and application of know what (IT), know
how (HR- particularly T&D), and know when and where (Strategy) to
achieve business results.Bob
